Shift Leader Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Lead and train a team of quality inspectors, ensuring productivity and strict adherence to inspection standards.
• Oversee shift operations, including validating inspector readiness, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with procedures and PPE requirements.
• Manage administrative tasks such as accurate data entry, timekeeping, and end-of-shift reporting to customers.
• Monitor team performance by providing feedback, recognizing achievements, addressing issues, and supporting employee development.
• Maintain clear communication, promote safety and continuous improvement, and uphold high ethical and professional standards.

Shift Leader Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Ability to travel throughout the region as required based on customer needs (currently the region that spans Ann Arbor to Flint, MI)
• Compliant background and drug screen

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
