What You’ll Do As an Experienced Automotive Service Technician, you will perform vehicle repairs and maintenance accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Audi, manufacturer, and dealership standards. Responsibilities include: Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the cause of malfunctions Performrepairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders Complete work in accordance with dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards Road-test vehicles as needed to verify repair quality Document work performed, test procedures, results, and time accurately Communicate findings clearly and professionally Maintain a personal inventory of standard automotive technician tools Support a team environment focused on quality, trust, and customer satisfaction What You’ll Bring Prior automotive repair experience required Audi, Volkswagen, European, or luxury brand experience strongly preferred ASE certifications and manufacturer certifications preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality repair standards Professional work ethic and strong attention to detail Team-focused mindset with a commitment to customer service Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence Why Audi Novi Experienced technicians have options.
