About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and operation of die-cutting machines. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Load and unload materials and products as needed.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Support other manufacturing activities as assigned by supervisors. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Reliable transportation to the Clinton Township location. About Us:
