Administrative Support For MBD Department

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to provide general administrative support for the MBD department. The role involves a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations. Required Skills&Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of strong general office/department support experience Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Proficient in SAP/Ariba (or equivalent software experience) and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint&Word) Strong ability to work independently and with other members Prior work experience at client or in client's industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills&Qualifications: Basic Japanese Skill is a plus but not mandatory Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Arrange and set up meetings and department events Submit and track purchase requisitions from approval to vendor invoicing Receive and confirm invoice payments Prepare and submit monthly accruals Set up and prepare for new hires, including account and equipment setupArrange travel for team members and visitors Prepare for visitors, including account setup and badge requests Maintain and update the Assistant Reference Manual Manage office supply orders and mail distribution
