Sales Coordinator II
H L Mando is a Tier 1 supplier of safety-critical chassis components to the world's top vehicle manufacturers. We have been in business for more than 60 years, we have manufacturing locations on every continent, and we are well-respected in our field.We are looking for a Sales Coordinator II to join our sales team at our North American headquarters in Novi Michigan. This supporting role for our frontline Account Managers, with responsibility for tracking pricing, analyzing data, and coordinating prototype shipments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate sales activities between internal teams and customers to ensure accurate order processing, timely shipment tracking, and fulfillment of contractual obligations.Analyze sales data, customer demand trends, and market conditions to generate insights that support business decision-making. Streamline recurring documentation tasks (e.g., invoices, reports) through automation using tools like Excel to reduce manual effort and minimizing errors. Prepare data-driven reports and summaries to support contract negotiations, request-for-quotation (RFQ) reviews, and business proposals.Collaborate with supply chain, production, and finance teams to align sales forecasts with operational capacity and resource planning. Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing role Bachelor's degree preferred
