Press Operator needed for a rubber-stamping manufacturing company in Hillsdale on 2nd shift Responsibilities include operating 2-4 rubber press machines, loading rubber into the press, removing the material, cutting it into slices, and inspecting for defects such as bubbles. No prior experience is required training will be provided.

Press Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm )

• Operate 2–4 rubber press machines.
• Load rubber material into the press.
• Remove processed material from the press.
• Cut material into slices.
• Inspect finished product for defects (e.g., bubbles).

Press Operator Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED Required. 
• Strong work history. 
• No prior experience required training will be provided.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs as needed

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
