divh2Retail Farm Center Position/h2pThis position is responsible for assisting with daily operations at one of our Retail Farm Center locations, including basic equipment maintenance, shipping, receiving, storage, and handling raw materials and products.
/ppKey Responsibilities/pulliEnsure compliance and active participation in all relevant safety and environmental programs/liliAssist with unloading, loading, blending, storing, and transporting products, including driving for local deliveries/liliPerform basic equipment maintenance (i.e., greasing equipment, minor repairs, washing equipment) in alignment with the maintenance schedule for the facility and equipment/liliPerform basic quality inspections/liliEnsure the overall cleanliness of the facility/li/ulpWhat is expected of you and others at this level/pulliMinimal job-related experience/liliWork is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy/liliDuties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail/li/ulpEducation Experience/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred/liliMust be able to maintain a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record/liliClass A or B CDL preferred/li/ulpPhysical Requirements and Working Environment/pulliWill be required to work long hours and overtime to meet seasonal demands/liliMust be able to stand for an extended period of time/liliAbility to frequently lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds/liliMust be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 180 feet/liliWorks indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures/liliWorking conditions could include dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfaces/li/ulpThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
