Consilios Direct Hire Division is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support a team of attorneys in the
Washington, D.C.
office of one of the worlds largest and most recognized law firms.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day administrative operations, streamline workflows, and deliver exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
This position requires hybrid presence of 4 days in office, and 1 day remote.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Calendar Management
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Screen and route phone calls; handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain files, records, and time entries
Prepare expense reports and coordinate travel arrangements
Email & Communication Support
Manage attorney inboxes (with permission), prioritize communications, and maintain organized folders
Keep attorneys informed of urgent matters and shifting priorities
Document & Client Support
Prepare, edit, and finalize legal and business documents
Coordinate document processing with attorneys and clients
Ensure high-quality, accurate work products
Billing & Business Development
Partner with accounting to support accurate and timely billing
Maintain contact lists and support business development activity tracking
Operations & Team Collaboration
Delegate tasks to internal support teams and ensure timely, accurate completion
Troubleshoot basic technology issues in coordination with IT support
Assist with printing, scanning, and document delivery as needed
Provide occasional personal administrative support for attorneys
Service Excellence
Deliver responsive, high-quality client service at all times
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience (professional services or legal environment preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $90,000 $100,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
