- Handling a high volume of inbound calls, exceeding 50 calls daily, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Promptly responding to customer emails with professionalism and accuracy.
- Engaging with customers through chat platforms to provide real-time assistance and support.
- Excelling in multitasking by efficiently managing various customer interactions simultaneously.
