As Store Admin, you will ensure efficient operation of the restaurant by maintaining a direct line of communication with management and staff and conducting administrative tasks related to organization and communication.Responsibilities include:-Answer and direct phone calls-Organize and schedule meetings-Maintain contact lists and a filing system-Ensure office is fully stocked-Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, etc.-Handle sensitive and confidential informationWe are looking for a Store Admin with excellent attention to detail, proven time management skills, knowledge of office management procedures, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
