SALLY STORE MANAGER:

Your role as a Store Manager:
Manage the customer experience, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with a personalized solution for their hair and beauty needs.
Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, and maintain the store's appearance.

Requirements: Qualifications to be a Store Manager
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Must be 18 or older.
Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal and Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
May be exposed to fumes and odors.
Long periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment and chemicals.
