Role Description
We are hiring a Digital Asset Trading Analyst (Remote, US) to support cryptocurrency trading operations, market intelligence, and portfolio strategy initiatives across blockchain and digital asset ecosystems.
This role focuses on analyzing market trends, monitoring trading activity, and identifying opportunities across cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, and tokenized financial markets.
The analyst will collaborate with portfolio managers and research teams to support data-driven trading decisions and optimize investment performance.
Responsibilities
Analyze cryptocurrency markets, liquidity conditions, and trading activity across digital asset ecosystems
Monitor price action, volatility trends, on-chain metrics, and macroeconomic developments
Conduct research on DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, NFTs, and emerging Web3 sectors
Support trading strategy development and portfolio optimization initiatives
Evaluate tokenomics, market sentiment, and ecosystem growth metrics
Prepare trading reports, market intelligence updates, and strategic insights
Assist with risk management and performance analysis across digital asset portfolios
Collaborate with investment and research teams on blockchain finance initiatives
Qualifications
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain ecosystems
Experience or strong interest in trading analysis, portfolio strategy, or digital asset research
Knowledge of DeFi, tokenomics, and decentralized financial systems
Familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms, exchanges, and trading infrastructure
Ability to analyze market data and generate actionable insights
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Active involvement in Web3 and crypto-native communities

Compensation
Salary range: $105,000 to $145,000 USD per year depending on experience and trading expertise
Performance-based bonuses, profit-sharing opportunities, and potential token-based incentives may also be offered.
