Position Title: Production Machine Operator

Wage: $19/hour

Shift: Day 10-hour

Hours: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

Production Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Operate and set up a wide variety of machines:

- Coin presses, wire formers, screw machines, stamping presses, heat treatment ovens, electroplating and surface finishing equipment, etc.

- Maintain tooling using grinders, lathes, and hand tools

- Read part prints and interpret specifications

- Perform and document quality assurance checks using measuring tools and cameras

- Monitor materials and machine performance, reporting issues and offering improvement ideas

- Diagnose and resolve equipment or product-related issues

- Record production data accurately in system

- Perform forklift operations for material handling

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Production Machine Operator Requirements:

- Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience (or strong aptitude and willingness to learn)

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality

- Problem-solver who can troubleshoot and offer process improvements

- Team player with strong communication skills

- Dependable, motivated, professional, and safety-focused
