An established, physician-led orthopaedic private practice in Central Wisconsin is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon with interest and experience in shoulder surgery to join our growing team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to build a high-volume, upper extremity-focused practice with strong referral relationships, excellent ancillary support, and partnership potential.
Position Highlights
Focus on hand and upper extremity surgery with the ability to incorporate shoulder procedures
Established referral base from primary care, urgent care, occupational medicine, and regional providers
Dedicated clinic space, procedure rooms, and block OR time
Experienced PA/NP support and skilled clinical staff
On-site imaging and therapy collaboration
Ambulatory Surgery Center Co-located

Qualifications
MD/DO from an accredited program
Fellowship training in Hand Surgery
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
Ability and interest in performing shoulder surgery
Wisconsin licensure (or ability to obtain)
