Mechanical Design Engineer, Oshkosh

Can you turn complex mechanical ideas into precise, build-ready designs?
Seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to develop and modify equipment designs, create accurate drawings, and support projects from concept through production.
This role works closely with engineering, project management, and customers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Design mechanical equipment to meet customer specifications
Create detailed drawings and bills of materials
Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with customers
Support project reviews, quoting, and field measurements as needed
Assist with engineering standards and troubleshoot field issues
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
OEM equipment design experience preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD (Inventor or similar)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Motivated to build a long-term career
