We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant III to join our team in the Village of Kohler. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level support in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires more than just managing calendars; it demands a proactive professional who can act as the "glue" for a dynamic department while navigating the sophisticated technology used to drive our global business. Execute high-volume data entry with precision and speed, ensuring all departmental records are current and accurate. Dynamic Support:
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment, providing proactive solutions to administrative challenges. Strategic Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact, managing professional correspondence across email, phone, and
Microsoft Teams
to facilitate seamless internal and external collaboration. Technical Workflow:
Utilize
Salesforce
and
Oracle CPQ
to manage data, generate reports, and streamline the Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) process to support the sales and operations lifecycle.
The essential functions of this role include: working up to 1 hrs of overtime per week
