Production Supervisor Responsibilities: - Supervise daily production activities and team performance - Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives - Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow priorities - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals - Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management

Requirements for Production Supervisor: - Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting - Experience reading blueprints/2D prints preferred - Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Additional industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
