ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andy Wescott - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer serviceskills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Generate leads and actively pursuenew business opportunities. Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options. Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Previous customer service experience preferred.
