As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old. No experience required – we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Center-based – you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite.
