Academic And Student Life Success Coach
Reporting to the Campus Executive, this position will support Wausau students through coordinating student life activities and providing academic coaching.
This position will be responsible for recruitment/admissions events coordination, student government advising, student club/organization administration, and registration support.
This position will also provide recruitment and admissions support for first-year, transfer, and non-degree seeking students.
This position requires excellent written and oral communication, exceptional customer service, and the ability to work well with detailed information.
In Fall ****, the UWSP at Wausau campus will relocate to Northcentral Technical College in Wausau.
This position will start on the current Wausau campus and then shift to the new location at NTC.

Key Job Responsibilities
Collects, analyzes, and prepares various communication materials from established sources utilizing technology mediums
Serves as a first point of contact for individuals and groups, provides basic organizational information via phone, in person and through other communication mediums, and routes more complex inquiries to the appropriate entities
Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations
Maintains established methods and organizational systems directed at the maintenance of electronic/physical records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures
Sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures under general supervision

Compensation
The Academic and Student Life Success Coach position is a full-time, hourly, annual (12-month).
Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary within a range of $***** - $***** commensurate with the candidate's education, related experience, and qualifications.

Excellent customer service skills.
Experience in fast-paced office environment.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Ability to work effectively with customers and staff from diverse backgrounds.
