Your Impact in This Role

You won't just be rooming patients—you'll play a vital role in specialized allergy care and build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients. You'll:

* Perform allergy testing with precision and care * Administer immunotherapy injections safely and confidently * Prepare and manage allergy serums * Educate patients and support long-term treatment success * Maintain accurate, timely documentation * Collaborate closely with providers and advocate for patient needs* Assist with billing workflows to keep care running smoothly

What Sets You Apart

* 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN * CMA or LPN certification (preferred) * BLS certification (preferred) * Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills—you connect easily with patients and coworkers * A proactive, team-first mindset

Location&Schedule

* Appleton, Neenah, and/or Oshkosh clinics * Full-time: 32-40 hours/week Monday-Thursday
