Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. 3rd Shift Respite Caregiver (Overnight) We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide overnight respite care for a medically complex child in a supportive home environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience while making a meaningful difference. Schedule: Overnight shifts: 7:00 PM– 7:00 AM 1–2 shifts per week Flexible, family-coordinated weekly scheduling Compensation: $256 per overnight shift Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, overnight care and monitoring Perform tracheostomy care Assist with tube feedings Conduct suctioning as needed Administer medications per instructions Support personal care and comfort What We’re Looking For: Caring, dependable, and attentive individual Willingness to learn — training provided if needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Why This Role?
