What You'll Do Strategic Partner

Build strong, multi-project client relationships. Provide strategic guidance for major project pursuits and long-term accounts. Business Consultant

Align architectural strategy with business and market objectives. Support Business Development with proposals, presentations, and positioning. Identify opportunities for service and design innovation. Department Leader

Oversee workload planning, staffing, and performance. Maintain design standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices. Mentor architects and designers; support licensure and career growth. Resolve complex technical, code, and constructability challenges. Lead initiatives focused on technology, process improvement, and training.Safety Leader

Champion safety-by-design principles in all projects. Partner with Operations and Risk Management to ensure designs reduce hazards and promote safety. What We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced architectural leader who:
