Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. JOB DUTIES: Provide care in the client’s home. Comfortable with transfers utilizing a ceiling lift. Comfortable with providing safe and effective tracheostomy care, including suctioning and ventilator. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to include toileting, bathing, dressing, and administering medications. Ability to engage with clients while providing safety and companionship. QUALIFICATIONS: Driver’s license and reliable transportation. CPR and ventilation certification. Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment.
