About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide dynamic and business-minded leadership for its core business operations. The COO will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement annual operational plans that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong project management mindset, capable of ensuring optimal organizational efficiency and the exemplary execution of programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing membership, clinical programs, quality programs, and journal management, and must have a proven track record in operations management, including P/L responsibilities. Key responsibilities for the COO include fostering a high-performance culture, leading the creation of a project management system, and ensuring a customer-centric, data-driven decision-making environment.

Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 15 years' of experience in operations management.
