Sales Advocate - Wireless Retail
The Sales Advocate - Wireless Retail will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
Selling wireless products and services to customers
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
Assisting customers with product and service inquiries
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and products
Performing inventory management and merchandising tasks
Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
