Leasing Consultant - New Construction/Lease Up Looking for someone who is a self-starter, has experience using Onesite, is professional, enthusiastic, and has a willingness to work hard are qualities we are looking for in our team members. Needs to be a very organized and a team player. Excellent pay and benefits.This position will be responsible for: Operating a full sales desk– sales calls, answering leasing inquiries, providing community information and scheduling appointments with prospective residents. Interacting with potential and existing residential tenants, show vacant apartments, explain pricing and lease terms, process rental applications and negotiate leaserenewals.Completing and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes and performing follow-up in a prompt fashion. Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends and completing and reviewing market survey information. Position Requirements: Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.Must have excellent communication skills, strong customer service, sales and personal interaction skills. Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration and mathematics At least two years of a successful sales track record in Multi Family required.Lease up experience is preferred Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred) Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
