Dispatcher

in Arlington, TX. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth coordination of transportation operations, including scheduling drivers, managing delivery routes, negotiating with carriers, and maintaining real-time communication with clients and field staff. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse teams and vendors. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment progress, resolving delivery issues, and updating dispatch records accurately. Prior experience in logistics or transportation dispatch is highly preferred, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements :

Must have 3+ years of Dispatch experience Must have Customer Service experience Must have Data Entry and computer skills Experience in logistics is preferred

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
