Responsibilities include overseeing the customer service team and daily operations, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, handling escalated customer complaints and issues, and training and mentoring customer service representatives.
Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in customer service, leadership and organizational skills, communication and problem-solving abilities, a Property & Casualty insurance license, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $45,****** - $70,****** per year.
