Pay: $*****/hour We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Arlington.

Job Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment
Assist with basic repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Support general facility maintenance as needed
Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment (when required)
Requirements: Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred but not required
Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Reliable and able to follow safety procedures
Additional Requirements: This position supports work on government-related projects.
