Project Manager – Civil Engineer

This role involves close collaboration with engineers, landscape architects, and architects on a wide range of projects including healthcare, civic, K–12, higher education, commercial, retail, and office developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and prepare due diligence reports
• Develop construction drawings and engineering calculation packages
• Manage permitting through local jurisdictions
• Oversee construction administration activities
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and municipal agencies
• Support business development and client satisfaction efforts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Civil)
• 5+ years of experience producing construction documents
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD, or similar software
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Experience working with permitting authorities (especially in the Mid-Atlantic region) is a plus
