Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Scheduler for a temporary contract opportunity in Arlington, TX. This role is ideal for a customer service professional with strong communication skills, accurate data entry abilities, and experience managing scheduling details in a fast-paced office environment. As a Customer Service Scheduler, you will contact customers by phone and email to schedule and confirm orders, update internal systems, and research discrepancies to help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, supportive team environment, and the opportunity to build valuable customer service, scheduling, and administrative experience. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and providing professional service to customers while collaborating with a positive and service-focused team. Key Responsibilities - Contact customers by phone and email to schedule, confirm, and update orders.- Use Excel reports and internal scheduling systems to manage customer scheduling information.
- Research and resolve discrepancies between scheduled and unscheduled orders.
- Maintain accurate data entry, documentation, and order updates.
- Follow up on outstanding scheduling issues to support timely resolution.
- Provide professional customer service through clear verbal and written communication. Compensation and Benefits - Pay rate: $19 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Schedule and confirm customer orders using phone, email, Excel reports, and internal systems.- Investigate order and scheduling discrepancies to ensure accurate updates.
- Maintain organized documentation and complete timely follow-up on open issues. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills required. Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in order scheduling, dispatch coordination, administrative support, or customer service operations.
- Experience using internal order management, CRM, or scheduling systems.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and prioritize time-sensitive customer requests.
