Join our team as a Regional CDL-A Driver!
We’re hiring both experienced drivers and recent graduates from accredited CDL schools. Start OTR with a trainer in 53' dry van freight, then transition to dedicated Eastern Seaboard regional routes.

Job details:

Route: Eastern Seaboard Regional (no NYC)

Freight: 100% No Touch Dry Van

Miles: ~2,500 weekly average

Pay: $0.55–$0.65 CPM (based on experience)

Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,400

Home Time: Every 2 weeks, 48 hours

Extra Pay: $15/stop + detention, layover, and extra stop pay

Compensation & Perks:

Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), PTO after 30 days

Pet & Rider Policy: Bring a rider or a dog under 30 lbs from day one

Dispatch: 24/7 support

Equipment: 2021+ Freightliner, KW T680, or International (All trucks w/ APUs)

No Slip Seating: Take the truck home

For New CDL-A Graduates:

Training Pay: $650/week during 4–6 week OTR training

School Requirements: Minimum 120-hour program from accredited CDL school

License: Must have held a valid driver’s license for the last 12 months

Minimum Requirements:

Valid CDL-A, at least 21 years old

6+ months OTR experience (or 1 year in the past 5 years)

Clean MVR – no major violations or recent terminations

No DUIs in last 5 years; max of 2 lifetime (prior to CDL-A)

Must pass pre-employment urine & hair follicle drug screening

Stable 10-year work history with limited gaps
