Work Schedule 8am to 5PM
Opportunity to work Hybrid or Remote

LM2 Resource Solutions is proud to be representing an amazing client based in Downtown Wilson, NC for their Business Sales Representiave positions. Our clients companies are predominantly made up of software companies, Attorneys and other start up companies, that contract with the client to assist them with their strategic planning, sales, and marketing strategies. If you possess an entrepreneurial spirit, if you are motivated by working in a dynamic inside sales environment, and if you share our philosophy then we are interested in considering you as a candidate for our Business Development Representative Team.

As a Business Phone Sales Representative, you will be involved in:

Setting up qualified meetings for our clients through cold outreach such as cold calling, emailing and social outreach.

Understanding our client's needs and requirements

Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Achieving weekly & monthly sales goals

Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest

Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects

To be considered as a candidate you must possess the following skills:

Proven phone sales experience or willing to learn and determined to succeed in an inside sales environment

Strong phone presence and experience dialing up to 100 calls per day is a plus

Track record of hitting or exceeding goals

Experience working with a CRM is preferred but not required.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Minimum of Associates degree or working towards Bachelors
