Optical Cable Corporation, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly Associate to join their team. As an Assembly Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various assembly tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Associate

Location: Swannannoa, NC

Pay Range: $17 per hour

What's the Job?

Assemble components and products according to specifications.

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes.

Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.

What's Needed?

Prior Exerience Preferred

Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
