At Fire-Dex, your sewing experience directly contributes to protecting first responders. We are seeking
experienced industrial sewers
who can bring precision, speed, and quality craftsmanship to our PPE production team.
As an
Experienced Industrial Sewer , you will:
Operate industrial sewing machines in a
fast-paced, stand-up production environment Sew components of firefighter turnout gear with
accuracy and consistency Maintain
high production standards
while meeting daily output goals Collaborate with your team to ensure
quality, safety, and efficiency Take ownership of your work and contribute to continuous improvement About Us

Work Hours
1st Shift: Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Includes two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch
Location: 59 Commerce Street, Old Fort, NC 28762
Qualifications
Previous industrial sewing experience required Ability to maintain
speed and quality in a production environment Comfortable standing for full shifts (with anti-fatigue mats) Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Basic math and measurement skills Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset Dependable with strong attendance Ability to follow safety procedures and meet deadlinesWhy Join Fire-Dex?
