Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills aimed at delivering excellent customer experiences.

Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Knowledge of mobile banking applications and financial products is a plus.
