Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists with prescription processing, data entry, and order fulfillment while receiving hands-on training in both non-sterile and sterile compounding-including IV preparation.
Accurate filling, labeling, and packaging of prescriptions for mail distribution are essential, alongside maintaining compliance with USP standards and pharmacy regulations.
Additional duties involve inventory management, workspace organization, and coordination of shipping and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Active Pharmacy Technician license if mandated by state regulations
No prior compounding experience necessary; full training provided
