Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Provide assistance via e-mail and phone to customers and sales representatives regarding products, orders, and other information.
; Enter orders received by phone or email on a daily basis.
; Acknowledge orders as received by customers.
; Match the person of ladings with orders after shipment daily.
; Maintain a daily report with KPIs that is issued to the management team for review.
; Create account adjustments and process returns requested by customers, and submit them to accounting as needed.
; Assist with any freight claims provided by customers and/or carrier partners.
; Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward customers at all times.
; Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
