Customer Service Representative

Hall County Women, Infants&Children's (WIC) Department is seeking a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative with Hall County Health at the Georgia Department of Public Health - District 2, you will join a dedicated group of public health professionals that help support the overall mission and vision of protecting lives of Georgian residents in a variety of ways.Benefits include a 40-hour work week (Monday

457. Job Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative 2:

Under general supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations. May resolve complicated issues involving customer service and/or researches governing policies, procedures or laws to respond to clients or visitors.Customer Service Representative 3:

Under broad supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and recommendations targeted to meet customer expectations. Resolves complicated issues involving customer service and/or researches governing policies, procedures or laws to respond to clients or visitors.General List of Job Duties:

Completing participants intake in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, maintaining clinic flow, answering phone calls and emails, making appointment reminders, working on clinic reports, and communicating and coordinating with colleagues. Minimum Qualifications

Customer Service Representative 2:

High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience communicating information in a customer service setting; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Customer Svc Rep 1 (GST120) or position equivalent. Customer Service Representative 3:

High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience communicating information in a customer service setting; or two (2) years of experience required at the lower level Customer Svc Rep 2 (GST121). Preferred Qualification: To be able to speak, read and write Spanish.
