Investment Center Support Associate

1 st Franklin Financial is looking for an Investment Center Support Associate. This position works closely with the Investment Center Compliance and Reporting Director and staff to build relationships and identify the needs of customers in a timely manner. This position learns the features of products and services to drive that exceptional customer experience. The Investment Center Support Associate provides courteous, prompt response to visitors, Investors, and prospective Investors. This position performs a wide variety of clerical duties utilizing knowledge of systems and procedures. He/she reviews daily work for accuracy and balancing.Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Performs Investment Center Responsibilities Answers, screens, and properly transmits incoming calls Greets and addresses the needs of all visitors and Investors Supports the Investment Center daily clerical functions such as mailing, filings, typing, etc. Maintains, updates, and distribute weekly rate sheetsProvide back-up to IC Process Manager as assigned Maintains and balances internal postage box Performs Arthur State Bank reporting daily and monthly Maintains Financial and Regulatory Control Assists with statistical reporting Confirms accuracy of daily Center deposits to pass-through bank Verifies accuracy Investment Center checks issued, encoding and signaturesMaintains check log Proofs daily Investment Center work and input for accuracy Education, Qualifications and Experience Essential High School Diploma or equivalent Comprehend and verbally communicate all Investment services Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgementStrong interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and social and business settings Ability to organize and prioritize Team focus Basic understanding with MS Office Suite products with a concentration in accurate keyboarding Ability to operate standard office equipment Ability to meet current licensing requirements of federal and state regulators as requiredBenefits: Health insurance Dental/Vision 401K 401K matching Paid time off Life insurance Bonus pay
