Management Level: Class 4 Applicants must have no disciplinary actions within the last 6 months, a point level≤/6 attendance points and 6 months in current area unless the TM is promoting, then less than 6 months in current area is allowable.Location: Southeast Farms, Cleveland, GA Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, including holidays Hours: Beginning at 6:00AM to 2:00PM until job is complete. Typically these positions average 40 hours a week. Work schedule is subject to change based upon production needs. Position Summary

This position is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting Cobb Poultry houses/vehicles, modules, and equipment. Minimum Requirements

Education: Must be able to read, write, and have simple math skills. Experience: Demonstrated previous experience in a lead/supervisory role and/or a minimum of 6 months in poultry related field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Delegates and assists with pressure washing. (70%) Delegates and assists with disinfecting houses. (10%) Delegates and assists with installing shavings. (10%) Vaccinate GP chickens and move spike males (5%) Operate a high pressure and regular water hose, maintains foot pans and hand sanitizers, clean and disinfect Cobb vehicles, maintain a clean and organized work area, maintain Cobb equipment. (5%)Lead positions must currently have and consistently maintain 4 attendance points or less. Biosecurity/Animal Welfare Requirements

The jobsite is a biosecure environment which requires showering, changing clothing and footwear before entering the facility. Appropriate clothing and footwear is provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsite except for medical ID jewelry and body piercings covered by appropriate clothing. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.). Must be willing to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines.Physical Demands and Work Environment

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical: Must use safe lifting techniques. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and may be required to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds at times. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear; and drive a vehicle to and from the job sites. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus.Tools and Equipment: Pressure Washer Environment: Required to work on wet, slippery surfaces and also in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments Personal Protective Equipment Required: Safety Glasses, Safety goggles, face shield, chemical gloves, waterproof apron, and rubber boots are required when handling chemicals; ear plugs and ear muffs will be used as needed.Chemical Commonly Used: Phenolic based disinfectants. Safety: Team Member is expected to follow all applicable safety policies and procedures. These include but are not limited to Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, Lock out Tag out, and Personal Protective equipment. Team Member is expected to identify, address, and mitigate safety related risks.This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position will also monitor all equipment to insure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
