Develop custom modules, workflows, and functionalities to support intake, eligibility determination, care planning, and incident management. Implement role-based security controls for approximately 1,400 user accounts across multiple agencies and programs. Integrate the solution with GAMMIS and other external systems, ensuring seamless data transfer and compliance with HIPAA. Collaborate on data migration tasks, ensuring successful transfer, validation, and compliance with security requirements. Provide technical support during testing, deployment, and maintenance phases, addressing defects and enhancing system functionality.
