Role Overview: As a UX Researcher at StudyCorgi, you will lead efforts to gather and analyze user insights, helping us shape the platform and improve the experience for students. You will be responsible for designing and executing a variety of research methods, including qualitative and quantitative research, to inform product decisions, enhance user journeys, and ensure the product meets user expectations. Key Responsibilities: - User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and other research activities to gather deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations. - Data Synthesis & Analysis: Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities that inform the product development process. - User Personas & Journeys: Develop and refine user personas, user journey maps, and other artifacts to represent userbehavior and needs. - Usability Testing: Design and execute usability tests to evaluate user interactions with prototypes, mockups, and live features, providing actionable feedback to design and development teams. - Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into design solutions that improve the user experience. - Reporting & Presentation: Present research findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, ensuring that user insights are clearly communicated and influence product decisions. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on UX research trends and methodologies to continuously refine our research practices and keep improving the user experience. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field. -2+ years of experience in UX research or related fields, preferably in digital products or EdTech environments. - Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and analytics. - Experience with research tools like UserTesting,Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, and others. - Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to collaborate closely with design and development teams. - Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or SPSS is a plus. - Strong communication skills, with the ability topresent complex insights clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders. - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
