You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce videos for various platforms, including social media, website, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand the video needs and objectives

- Develop and execute video concepts, storyboards, and scripts

- Edit raw footage and add visual effects, music, and sound to create engaging and professional videos

- Ensure all videos align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style

- Manage and organize video files and maintain a video library for easy access

- Continuously research and implement new video editing techniques and tools to improve the quality of our videos

- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the timely delivery of projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a healthcare or marketing environment

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer

- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation

- Excellent storytelling skills and ability to bring ideas to life through video

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
