Lab Technician II

Pay Rate/Range: $29.26

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6 months

Job Description

Support the approval of ingredients specifications.

Review and follow up of ingredients approval requests.

Support the improvement of digital platforms.

Support TEC 3 lab operations.

Shelf-life extension program: support sample receipt, submission, shipping and other operational activities associated with shelf-life extension requests.

Technical knowledge:

Approval of specifications such as new ingredients or materials for food industry.

Experience in Quality Management Systems, controlling documentation.

Attention to detail capabilities is necessary for this role.

Experience working in food industry

Power BI and digital tools is a plus.

Education:

Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Food science bachelor.

Good communication skills

Digital tools such as Microsoft applications and power BI.
