Production Support Technical Lead
Atlanta, GA(Hybrid Position)
6+ Months Project
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Support Analyst with deep expertise in ARGO Teller (browser-based) and Central Payments applications. This role demands a proactive professional with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, who can quickly triage, analyze, and resolve production issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2/3 production support for ARGO Teller and Central Payments applications.
Monitor and resolve alerts from ARGO EDMS with prompt troubleshooting and remediation.
Analyze complex problems to determine root cause (e.g., defects, misconfiguration, environment, design) and work toward resolution, collaborating with ARGO vendor when required.
Utilize Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring, triaging, dashboard creation, and alert configuration.
Review transaction, network, and database traces/logs to identify bottlenecks and issues.
Coordinate with teller support teams to recreate and document defects, escalating when necessary.
Troubleshoot issues related to TCRs, scanners, and receipt printers.
Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and training for offshore/onshore teams.
Understand and support Teller Electronic Journal (EJ) and host communications.
Operate in a distributed systems environment; familiarity with Windows Servers and VMs is essential.
Mandatory Skills & Technologies:
ARGO/.Net
MSSQL (including MsSqlSpatial)
Dynatrace (profiling, monitoring)
Splunk (alerting, dashboards)
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on support experience with the ARGO Teller product.
Familiarity with banking environments and teller support workflows.
Experience working directly with third-party vendors (e.g., ARGO).
Required Experience:
11+ years of total IT experience
8+ years in Production Support roles
Experience supporting enterprise applications and critical banking systems
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Quick decision-making under pressure
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
Team player with experience in knowledge transition and mentoring
