Job Description :

Salesforce Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions that maximize the platform''s potential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Customization

Design and develop custom applications, components, and integrations on the Salesforce platform.

Customize Salesforce standard functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

Implement custom business logic using Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs.

Build user interfaces with Lightning components and Salesforce page layouts.

2. Integration

Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and Salesforce Connect.

Develop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.

3. Administration & Configuration

Configure standard Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.

Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings to control access.

4. Testing & Deployment

Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Use Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado) for deployment.

5. Collaboration & Documentation

Work with business analysts, project managers, and end users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes.

Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues.

Qualifications: Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL.

Experience with RESTful/SOAP API integrations.

Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e.g., VS Code, Salesforce CLI).

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum).

Preferred:

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).

Knowledge of other Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
