Rate Range: $20-$21/Hr

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.

Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.

Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.

Provide hands-on support for server and network equipment as needed.

Assist with network connection issues and trace network connections back to network switches.

Support mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices.

Train employees on hardware and software usage.

Identify, analyze, and repair product failures; order and replace parts as necessary.

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support.

Represent the company professionally and communicate effectively with customers and associates.

Respond to routine technical questions and requests for information.
