Salary:
$100,000 – $115,000 base + performance bonus

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a rapidly scaling luxury automotive brand.

This role turns awareness into:
• Qualified leads
• Consultations
• Revenue

You’ll bring structure, accountability, and performance discipline to every marketing dollar.

This is not a visibility role — it’s a revenue role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok & programmatic
• Audit and rebuild ad accounts, pixels & attribution models
• Eliminate wasted spend and inefficiencies
• Manage large monthly budgets with clear ROI targets
• Build high-intent search & buyer-focused campaigns
• Optimize full-funnel journeys (ad ? landing page ? lead ? sale)
• Develop retargeting and nurture programs for high-value buyers
• Create structured testing frameworks for creative, audiences & bids
• Build lookalike and high-net-worth audience models
• Implement end-to-end performance tracking
• Develop dashboards linking spend to leads, CPA & revenue
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting
• Partner with creative teams on performance-driven assets
• Manage vendors, platforms & optimization tools

Qualifications:

Required:
• 4–6+ years managing paid media
• Experience managing substantial budgets ($350K+/month preferred)
• Background in high-ticket / high-consideration products
• Advanced Meta Ads & Google Ads expertise
• Strong analytics & attribution experience
• Landing page & funnel optimization experience
• ROI and CPA accountability mindset

Preferred:
• Luxury automotive, real estate, aviation, or similar sectors
• CRM-integrated reporting experience
• Programmatic advertising experience
• Structured A/B testing expertise
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
